Each shareholder of “The Monarch Bank” has the right to receive a copy of the latest annual financial reports and independent auditors’ opinion, as stipulated by Article 43, part 4 of the “Banks and Banking Law” of the Republic of Belgium. At the same time each shareholder, possessing 2% and more of the voting shares of the bank, has the right to receive the information, stipulated by Parts 4 and 5 of Article 43 of the “Banks and Banking Law” of the Republic of Belgium.
